MARY’S ESTHER Casserole

6-8 pieces of chicken, white or DARK1 pkg (8-oz) egg noodles1 / 4 cup margarine2 medium onions, chopped3 EL flour2 cup milk2 tablespoons parsley flakes1 3 / 4 teaspoon salt1 / 8 teaspoon pepper2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1 cheese cup cottage (small curd) 1 pkg (10-ounce) frozen peas1 1 / 2 cups of sliced carrots, remove cooked1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3 tablespoons Miracle WhipCook and chicken meat from bones. Cook the noodles. Aside to prepare the sauce. To dissolve the sauce: Melt the butter and add onions, fry until the onions are cooked only slightly. Flour and cook for about 1 minute. Add milk, parsley and seasonings. Cook until smooth. Combine chicken, pasta, vegetables and sauce and Miracle Whip. Cook in a pan for 25 minutes at 350 degrees covered. Remove the lid and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for another five minutes or until cheese is melted.

Note: For now employs a cook, a deli roasted chicken would work easily in this recipe.

Casserole and a hot meal and filling. It is convenient and easy to prepare and can be very economical. I like the pot regularly with my family. E ‘ideal for the family dinner during the week, but with the right ingredients, can be used for the occasional dinner.

Here’s my favorite recipe for a delicious chicken dish with pasta and vegetables. This is a meal in a dish.

Ingredients

6 ounces noodles first

1 cup milk

1 / 3 cup butter

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup celery, sliced

6 tablespoons flour

2 cups diced chicken

6 ounces mushroom pieces

2 cups chicken broth

1 oz glass allspice

1 / 3 teaspoon pepper

1 cup of cheese

1 grated carrot

1 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon pepper mixed herbs

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta until tender, drain and set aside.

2. Cook chicken and cut into small pieces (dice).

2. Place a large saucepan over low heat and melt the butter in it.

3. Type casting, carrots, mushrooms and sliced onions in pan. Cook this combination until they are soft.

4. Add the flour, the contents of the pot and stir until smooth.

5. Add the pepper sauce, salt, mixed herbs and pepper.

6. Slowly, the chicken broth and milk and stir until the sauce thickens.

7. Pour the entire contents of the pot in an oven proof casserole. Add the chicken and sprinkle the pasta and the cheese not to hear.

8. Chicken Noodle Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Vegetable and Chicken Noodles

Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

* 1 / 4 cup (60ml) hot chili sauce

* 1 / 4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce, plus extra for serving

* 2 (about 200g each) chicken breast fillets, skinless, cut into thin slices

Hokkein * 450g packet fresh noodles

* 400g packet fresh stir fry vegetables

* Chop 75 g roasted peanuts



Method:



1. Give place 1 tablespoon oil, chilli sauce, soy sauce and chicken in a bowl, then coat chicken launch.

2. Disconnect the Hokkien noodles by gently shaking loose.

3. The remaining oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Drain the chicken in a bowl and reserve the marinade. When the oil is hot, add the chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes or until lightly golden.

4. Add the vegetables Stir Fry Hokkien noodles, reserved marinade and 1-2 tablespoons of water, then stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.

5. Add the roasted peanuts and then starts to combine. Divide the mixture into 4 bowls and drizzle with extra soy sauce.
