I bought “The Cake Mix Doctor Chocolate” a month ago. I’ve tried about 6 recipes this time. It is so easy to follow the recipes. It gives useful advice. One thing I like most is that there are as many recipes for cake, which I find easier to take the transport functions of the Layer Cake. I liked this book so much I am his other book “The Cake Mix Doctor ordered.” All I can say is, “try it you’ll like it.”
