I have many cookbooks with quick or simple in the way that I can not because the recipes are not healthy or not palatable, or both. I use this week EVERY Cooking Light Cookbook for at least three meals on my week days. Not only is everything easy to prepare, healthy and tasty, it’s easy to find in the book, choose my menus for the week before the grocery store. Everything is written for you. I would like this book, even though I had plenty of time to cook during the week.

I was very disappointed with this cookbook. Typical recipes usually run along these lines: combined package of frozen vegetables with meat, something can be combined with frozen chicken. Not that this kind of thing can not be very quick and tasty meals, but as the revenues that have already been printed on the back of the box from hundreds of sites like Campbell or Green Giant was covered is free.
objections against some processed foods. Frozen vegetables are great – comfortable and get food. But the sauce bottle? The rice cooks in a bag, which I was particularly annoyed. Rice takes 20 minutes to do! The same is true for all packaged chicken cooked frozen.
I say that the recommendations are the menu at hand. And it is that each recipe gets a double page – photo on one side, the recipe for another. The disadvantage is that this relatively thin book a devil is not a whole lot of recipes in it.
I recommend checking this book from the library. Are you sure find some recipes, it is worth. But do not buy. Frankly, the price for what you outrage. You’d better be money on a slight annual cookbooks. You have about ten times as many recipes of all kinds, can read from the comfort of you, at least the night of the week, many recipes quickly.
Or put your money in full and use the site “back of the box” recipes / producers who are roughly the same as in this book. There is nothing special that makes them “light”, other than with the low-sodium or low-fat versions have of packaged foods.

This book really is the best cookbook I had (and have since I collect cookbooks, is much said). I had the book for only one week, and we have two recipes (Mexican Skillet Chicken Dijon Porkchop tries). Wow — they were fast, easy and delicious.
The book gives the exchange value of feeds for all recipes. Since I want to trade in food to help me lose weight, it is a great feature!
recipes I tried really no less than 15 minutes. I could not believe it!
If you are to be considered only to buy it. . . . . Buy. You can not go wrong!

I am a busy woman and not a lot of work to start a cook. Playing the meals in this book a couple of minutes, but the taste you really know what you do in the kitchen. The nutritional information makes this book very easy to use recipes with Weight Watchers 1-2 3 program success. We buy two more for Christmas gifts this year!

We have loved the stars on the page for each recipe my family. . . and it was almost everybody. Cooking Light is anything but shopping. . . 5 ingredients, 15 minutes – that’s all you need! This is a must!
