3 racks (about 1 kg of pieces) baby back pork ribs, cut in half every barbecue sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 / 4 cup apple juice Vinage
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1. Place ribs in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to cover and boil, 1 hour or until ribs are fork tender.

1. Make the sauce by first melting the gelatine in water. The mixture in the microwave at a height of two minutes or until it starts to cook too quickly. Add the vinegar, then whisk adding the oil. Add paprika, salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire, black pepper, parsley, oregano, thyme and basil.
2. Be Cool sauce for about 15 minutes before the cheese and egg substitute. Whisk until slightly ‘more often, then cold. Overnight refrigeration makes the dressing thicker. Preheat a grill or indoor grill to medium heat. Salt and pepper the chicken, then grill for 5 minutes per side, or even make it go.
3. Remove the chicken from the grill and roll the dice. While the chicken cooks, prepare the salad by combining the type of romaine lettuce, red cabbage and grated carrots in a large bowl and stir.
4. Prepare sandwiches from the microwave for 20 seconds before each pita. Fold each pita in half like a taco, then add 1 to 1 1 / 2 cups of romaine lettuce on bread. Add about 1 / 3 cup of diced chicken salad in pita.
Pour about a tablespoon of dressing over each sandwich. For about a teaspoon of chopped fresh sprinkling of Parmesan cheese on each and serve.

1. Brown the ground chuck over medium heat, breaking into small pieces with a spatula. This is a pinch of salt and pepper during cooking.
